The Olde Towne Elkhorn Merchant’s Association first formed in 2009.
The purpose of forming the organization was to preserve the history and integrity of the old downtown Elkhorn by promoting and marketing local businesses and community activities. Since forming, the organization has been a vital part of the local community by organizing events.
